'Eumarella' is an easy 15 minute drive to the Noosa River or the ocean beaches of Noosa Heads, a resort community on the Sunshine Coast sporting fashionable boutiques, numerous award-wining restaurants, all necessary amenities and the major Noosa District Hospital. Brisbane city is only a one and a half-hour drive from Eumarella. The township of Eumundi, gateway to the spectacular Sunshine Coast hinterland, and home to the famous Eumundi Markets is just 15 minutes away.
Two available airports: Brisbane International (1.5 hour drive) and Maroochy Airport (20 minute drive) with direct flights to Sydney and Melbourne daily, plus several connecting flights daily to all other major cities nationally. There is a daily electric commuter train to Brisbane and regular bus services to Brisbane and all cities along the east coast of Australia.
Several schools are within 10 kilometres (including a Steiner school and other private schools), with a school bus stopping at the front gate. Australia's newest and fastest growing university, the University of the Sunshine Coast, is just a 30 minute drive.
Further south, along the coast, is Maroochydore, Mooloolaba and Caloundra, home to many tourist attractions, including Australia Zoo, Underwater World, The Deer Sanctuary, Super Bee, The Ginger Factory and several others.
Golf Gourses abound from the internationally recognised Hyatt Coolum Golf Course, to several other Golf Clubs, a Par 3 and a number of driving ranges only a few minutes away. All water sports, including surfing, sailing, fishing, and diving are all within easy reach.
Many Equestrian associations including Dressage, Cross Country, Hacking, Endurance, Campdraft, Western and Racing are all close by as well as 2 Pony Clubs within riding distance of Eumarella, the closest one containing a national standard cross country course.
